To ensure transparency and a smooth experience, the following policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or if incorrect items were shipped.
  • Claims must be reported in writing within 2–5 business days of delivery or receipt of goods.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition and original packaging in which they were delivered.
2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
  • Returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Items showing signs of wear, tear, or custom decoration (including imprints) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
  • Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Restocking Fee
  • 15% restocking fee applies to all returned or exchanged orders, unless the return is due to:A confirmed manufacturing defect, orAn error on the part of Natal Oak (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized orders (including special decoration, imprinting, or direct import products).
  • Samples purchased for evaluation purposes.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Blank products once cases are opened or broken.
5. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed only after the returned merchandise has been inspected and approved by our quality team.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (check, credit card, ACH, or wire transfer).
  • Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of receipt for refund processing.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are only permitted for the same product type and design (in case of defects or incorrect shipment).
  • If the product is out of stock, customers may choose between:A refund, orA credit note to be applied on future purchases.
7. Return Authorization (RMA Process)

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Natal Oak Customer Service within 2–5 business days of delivery.

  3. Once reviewed, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping.
  4. Ship the product back in its original condition with the RMA number clearly marked.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment by Natal Oak.
  • For defective or incorrect items, Natal Oak will cover the return shipping cost and arrange replacement or refund.
9. Damaged or Missing Shipments
  • If an order arrives damaged or with missing items, it must be reported to Natal Oak and the shipping carrier within 48 hours of delivery.
  • All original packaging must be retained for inspection.
  • Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
10. Disclaimer
  • Due to the natural characteristics of jute, cotton, and canvas, minor variations in color, size, and texture are considered normal and not defects.
  • Such natural variations will not qualify as valid reasons for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Orders are shipped from Natal Oak’s Canada warehouse or directly from our manufacturing partners (domestic and overseas), depending on product type and availability.
  • Standard carriers include UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other pre-approved freight services.
  • Shipping is handled on an FOB (Freight on Board) basis from Global Ventures Can. Inc. (Natal Oak).
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Processing & Lead Times
  • Blank Products:In-stock items are typically shipped within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.If inventory is short, available products will be shipped first, and remaining items will be shipped as soon as stock is replenished. Customers will be invoiced and billed separately for partial and backorder shipments.
  • Decorated/Imprinted Products:Canada-based manufacturing: 15–30 business days from PO issuance and proof approval.Overseas air shipment: 45–60 business days.Overseas sea shipment: 70–90 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Production and shipping timelines vary, typically 6–12 weeks after final proof approval. Customers will be notified of estimated delivery dates upon order confirmation.
3. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, quantity, destination, and carrier rates.
  • Customers may provide their own shipping account number for billing directly through their preferred carrier.
  • Additional surcharges may apply for residential deliveries, oversized cartons, remote areas, or special handling requirements.
4. Split & Partial Shipments
  • When stock levels are insufficient, partial shipments will be sent first.
  • Customers will be charged only for the products shipped in each partial order.
  • Once backordered items become available, they will be shipped, and the balance payment will be required.
5. International Shipping
  • Natal Oak ships globally, subject to international trade laws and carrier availability.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other related charges.
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
6. Delivery & Delays

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

  • Claims made after this period may not be honored.
  • For damaged shipments, all original packaging must be retained for carrier inspection.
8. Risk of Loss
  • Once orders are handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer.
  • Natal Oak will assist customers in filing claims with the carrier but is not responsible for carrier errors or mishandling.
9. Shipping Restrictions
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted zones unless otherwise agreed upon.
