Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Natal Oak (Global Ventures Can Inc.). By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which outline our policies regarding pricing, payments, production timelines, custom orders, samples, and disclaimers.

1. General Pricing Policy

  • All regular prices include one-color, one-position imprint unless otherwise specified.

  • Orders below the minimum carton pack quantity will incur a CA$40 (F) charge.

  • Blank goods are sold by the case only. Breaking a case will incur a CA$10 (K) charge.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations or changes in raw material costs.

2. Payment Policy

  • Accepted Methods: Check, credit card, and wire transfer.

  • Standard Terms:

    • 100% advance payment is required at the time of shipping via ACH, check, or credit card.

    • Custom orders: 50% deposit at the time of PO, with the balance due upon delivery.

    • First-time customers: 100% advance payment for all initial orders.

    • Net 15 days may be available upon credit approval.

  • Late Payments: Invoices not settled by the due date are subject to an 18% per annum late payment charge.

3. Production Lead Time Policy

  • Decorated Orders:

    • Manufactured in Canada: 15–30 business days after PO issuance and proof approval.

    • Manufactured overseas (air shipment): 45–60 business days.

    • Manufactured overseas (sea shipment): 70–90 business days.

  • Blank Products:

    • Typically shipped within 24–48 hours, subject to stock availability.

    • In cases of backorders, partial shipments will be made, and customers will be billed only for the goods shipped. The remaining goods will be invoiced once backorders are fulfilled.

4. Custom Orders & Direct Import Policy

  • We offer custom-made products and direct import programs.

  • Pricing and minimum order quantities vary by project. Please contact us for details.

  • Sample approval is required before production begins.

  • Typical production time for custom orders is 6–12 weeks after proof approval.

5. Samples Policy

  • Random samples are available for purchase at EQP pricing.

  • Customers must provide a valid shipper account number to proceed with sample shipments.

  • Pre-production samples are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

6. Disclaimer Policy

  • Due to the natural charm of cotton and jute products, slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur from lot to lot.

  • All shipments are made FOB (Free on Board). Natal Oak is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carriers, or natural disasters.
